The cheapest room and the easiest to reach: off the hall, on the flat, with the kitchen garden on two sides. Friends travelling together take this one, and so does anybody who would rather not meet a staircase at the end of a long drive.
What it is like
Two proper single beds with iron frames, a rug over boards, and enough window that you will not want the lamp on until evening. The bathroom is across the hall and shared with one other room.

Two beds means two people. We cannot add a third in here — the Barn Loft is the room for that.
